Do I need to have Internet access for the system?
A: Yes, the system will need high speed Internet access. This allows for fast transactions and access to your system when you are not in the facility.
Is the system complicated to use?
A: The system is actually quite intuitive and easy to use. However, we provide on-site training and 24/7 customer support with people trained and familiar with the system, so you are never alone.
I am afraid of losing time in the transition to a new system. Is there a lot of down time?
A: There should not be any down time. But the truth is you are losing so much time not having a quality POS System that saving time is actually one of the great benefits of getting it.
What about maintenance?
A: Another beautiful part of the program is that we maintain the equipment.
How will my processing rates be affected?
A: We will either match or improve on your current rates. You will save a great deal more from your increased efficiencies than processing rate reductions however.
For a restaurant, is ther anything the wait staff can take with them to the table?
A: Yes, you can use I-Pads, and the kitchen would know the order as soon as the order is taken, but you would need to provide them yourself.
Can I access the system from home?
A: Yes, you have complete remote and secure access.
Does the system have reporting options?
A: Yes, tons.
